CRMIn November 2010, Turnkey invited representatives from all 138 teams in MLB, MLS, the NBA, the NFL, and the NHL to participate in an email-based study regarding database management in the sports industry. CRM, ticketing systems, and list purchasing were the study’s primary topics; however, additional aspects of database management and segmented marketing were also addressed.
