The article expands on how Major League Baseball teams are using technology such as tablets, iBeacons and digital tickets, to deliver a greater fan experience, while taking data collection to the next level.

Three MLB teams Chicago White Sox, New York Mets and the Washington Nationals are highlighted in the article, all three teams have rolled out various technologies this past season and have already seen the benefits of greater data collection to help them better serve and sell to their customer base.
