Today, we’re announcing a new, faster and efficient way to ask us for help. We’ve launched a new support email address, Support@TurnkeySE.com, which is a direct line to our client services team, led by Demi Staluppi. When you email Support@TurnkeySE.com, Demi and her team will respond to you personally to make sure we fully understand your issue or question. Then, we will involve our team of internal experts as needed with the goal of delivering a solution to you in record time.

We aim to:

  1. Respond to your support request within one (1) hour.
  2. Solve your issue (or at least get you on the right path) within 24 hours, depending on the nature of your request.
